Sponsorships to Conferences and Summer Schools

For current RDCEP students, we offer sponsorships to attend conferences and summer schools. Some of the programs that students have attended include:

AGU: The American Geophysical Union (AGU) holds Fall Meeting workshops annually in San Francisco. This year the AGU Fall Meeting will be December 14 to 18.

AEA: The American Economic Association (AEA) holds an annual meeting for the Allied Social Science Associations (ASSA). The 2016 ASSA annual meeting will be held January 3 to 5. Registration opens September 16.

If you are a current RDCEP student and would like to apply for travel funds to go to a conference or summer school, please contact Matt Letke.

Teaching and Mentoring Opportunities

RDCEP's students have many opportunities to gain valuable teaching and mentoring experience, including assisting with our urban research classes, mentoring summer research projects, and educating the general public. Interested students should contact Radha Ramachandran.
