Joseph Cullen is an economist from Washington University in St. Louis who investigates the economics of energy and its implications for our environment. He is an Assistant Professor in the Olin School of Business where he studies the interaction between government regulation, business decisions, and the environment. Previously, he was the Morgan Blake Environmental Fellow at the Harvard University Center for the Environment.
